Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
- Orders under $75 ship for a flat $4.87.
How long it takes
Every piece is printed to order in the USA, so your delivery time is production plus shipping.
- Production: 2–5 business days.
- Shipping: 2–5 business days once your order is on its way.
Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays. Busy seasons can add a few days.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
More than one item
Pieces in the same order are sometimes made in different places, so they may arrive in separate packages.
Changing or cancelling
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already in production.
Your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once a package ships, the address can’t be changed. Tracking that says “returned to sender” usually means the package went back to our print partner, not to us, so we can’t forward it. If the address entered at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we can’t refund the order or replace it for free. If a returned package does make it back to us, we’ll reship it once you’ve covered the new shipping cost.
Late, lost or damaged orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it delivered but you can’t find it, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we’ll help sort it out.
If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. See our Refund policy for details.
